Job summary

AdventHealth Shawnee Mission in Kansas City area seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist with a subspecialty interest in brachytherapy and Gynecologic Oncology collaboration. The team utilizes an MRI-Linac-enabled brachytherapy suite to treat multiple tumor sites, including breast, lung, CNS and head & neck, within a comprehensive multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible radiation oncologist with subspecialty interest in brachytherapy.
• Interest in gyn oncology and multidisciplinary care.
• Experience with MRI-guided radiation therapy and modern brachytherapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation oncology care for diverse tumor sites including breast, lung, CNS, head & neck.
• Collaborate with Gynecologic Oncology team to tailor treatment plans.
• Participate in a high-volume, multidisciplinary cancer program leveraging advanced technology.
