Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Supervisor-RN for Radiation Medicine (Referral Office) to lead a busy team responsible for intake, referrals, authorizations and scheduling, ensuring timely access to care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a BSN with 3+ years clinical experience and at least 1 year of leadership. Oncology/outpatient experience is preferred; fluency in English with Spanish a plus is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BSN required; minimum 3 years clinical experience; at least 1 year leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in oncology or outpatient care preferred.
• Knowledge of radiation medicine, regulations, accreditation, and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for a high-volume radiation medicine referral office.
• Coordinate intake, referral, authorization, and scheduling to ensure timely access to care.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics,流程, and patient experience.
• Support scheduling, orientation, training, and staff development.
• Collaborate with physicians, finance, insurance payers, and other stakeholders to optimize care delivery.
