Job summary

CHAOS Industries, based in Hawthorne, California, seeks an experienced professional to own the Integration and Test process and coordinate with engineers to mesh hardware, software, and firmware into a single, reliable system. You will perform rigorous lab and field testing to confirm performance against specifications.

Key responsibilities include developing test plans, debugging across mechanical, electronic, and software domains, and supporting the handoff to technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM is required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in integration and testing of complex systems in lab or field settings.
• Familiarity with RF systems testing equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integration and Test process and collaborate with engineers to integrate hardware, software, and firmware into a cohesive system.
• Conduct integration, verification, and testing in lab or field to ensure specifications are met.
• Debug, trace, and correct faults across mechanical, electronic, and software domains.
• Develop and document comprehensive test plans and procedures for efficient handoff to technicians.
• Collaborate with the Lead Systems Engineer to execute test plans for lab, production, and field.
