Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Mid-career Radar Software Engineer to support R&D and product engineering for next-generation radar products. This highly collaborative role offers exposure to multiple capabilities across our product families and requires strong Python and Linux proficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in object-oriented software development, experience with Agile, CI/CD, and TDD, and must be a U.S. person to access U.S.-only data systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional, object-oriented software development.
• Extensive Python experience.
• Experience with Agile lifecycle processes including Scrum, CI, and TDD.
• Linux software development experience.
• U.S. Person status is required for access to U.S.-only data systems.

Responsibilities

• R&D and production software development for radar products.
• Support system integration on COTS hardware.
• Support deployed software for U.S. and international customers.
• Collaborate in small teams with minimal supervision.
• Develop software in a Linux environment.
