Description du poste

About Us

Array Labs builds advanced radar systems to help humanity understand and respond to changes across the physical world.

We're launching a coordinated fleet of radar satellites to create a high-resolution 3D map of the Earth, updated in real time, enabling faster, smarter decision-making for government and commercial organizations supporting disaster response, infrastructure resilience, and mission‑critical geopolitical intelligence.

We design and build our satellites end‑to‑end, producing the world's most advanced earth observation satellites. Our fleet will deliver unprecedented levels of accuracy, coverage, and responsiveness to power critical insights precisely where they're needed most.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radar Engineer with Moving Target Indication (MTI) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing innovative solutions for space‑based AMTI and GMTI radar systems. This position requires expertise in radar signal processing, system design, and performance analysis to support advanced radar applications. As part of our quickly growing engineering team, you will play a critical role in the design of the world’s most advanced radar satellite constellation—one that will significantly improve humanity’s ability to rapidly and comprehensively understand our changing planet.

Responsibilities
  • Design and prototype MTI algorithms, taking advantage of our unique multi‑static configuration
  • Productionize radar system architectures for space‑based MTI applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Analyze radar system performance metrics such as detection probability, false alarm rates, clutter suppression, and tracking accuracy
  • Develop and utilize simulation tools to model radar system behavior and validate design choices
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and program managers, to ensure successful system integration and deployment
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with radar system modeling and simulation
