The Role
A technical, hands-on role where you will:
- Design and implement advanced radar algorithms using MATLAB and Python.
- Model and simulate complex radar system architectures from scratch.
- Work with raw ADC and I/Q data (phase/amplitude) for detection and discrimination.
- Analyze signal propagation, RF performance, and system-level requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to port algorithms to real-time systems.
- Factor in size, weight, and power (SWaP) constraints for fieldable products.
The Essential Requirements
- 2+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) in Radar/RF Signal Processing.
- Expert proficiency in MATLAB for modeling and simulation.
- Must be a US Person (Citizen/Green Card) and eligible for TS Clearance.
- Proven experience working with raw, unprocessed RF datasets.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience with SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) algorithms.
- Exposure to MIMO arrays, beamforming, or STAP.
