Job summary

ApolloTech MSI in New Jersey is seeking a Radar Engineer/SME to lead radar system design, development, and deployment. This full-time hybrid role at Picatinny Arsenal provides expert guidance on architectures, waveforms, and sensor technologies.

You will mentor junior engineers, review technical documentation, and contribute to proposals and client engagements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in radar engineering, including system design, analysis, and integration
• Recognized subject matter expert in radar technology, signal processing, and radar system performance
• Strong knowledge of radar architectures, waveforms, and sensor technologies
• Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and other radar simulation and analysis tools
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineering staff
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Capability to contribute to technical proposals and client interactions
• US Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
