Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor in New York, NY is seeking a Program Specialist for the RADAR Data Products team. You will manage end-to-end RADAR campaigns, communicate with diverse audiences, and translate advertising objectives into data-driven solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in ad tech or data, strong BI tooling skills, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years working in ad tech, mar tech, data or digital advertising.
• Experience growing product usage and revenue through evangelization in-market within a large corporate environment.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate objectives into data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the media landscape and RADAR Data Platform capabilities to contextualize RADAR for clients and internal teams.
• Lead the complete life cycle of RADAR campaigns: client meetings, intake, setup, QA, monitoring, optimization, reporting and delivery.
• Support discovery sessions and pre-sales meetings with clients and internal teams to document objectives and identify data solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, flag anomalies, and propose next steps.
• Produce custom analyses, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of campaigns in Jira and Confluence, ensuring visibility across the team.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve deliverables quality.
