Job Summary And Qualifications
- Operate x‑ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions.
- Under the supervision of a radiologist, perform x‑ray therapy, assess patients throughout the procedure, and respond to patients’ needs as appropriate.
- Serve patients in the emergency department, hospital wards, and outpatient settings.
- Perform procedures in accordance with established protocols for patients ranging from neonates through geriatric ages.
- Maintain expert technical and patient‑care skills and provide quality diagnostic results.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
- State Registered Radiologic Technician
- Associate Degree in radiography or related field
