Job summary

Alliance Spine and Pain Centers in Augusta, GA is seeking a Rad Tech to join our outpatient pain management team. The role supports surgical procedures with C-Arm imaging, sterile technique, equipment handling and patient care.

Ideal candidates have a surgical technology background, BLS certification, and strong English communication skills to work with physicians, nurses and patients in a fast-paced OR setting. This is an on-site position with no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a certified surgical technology program or in-house training.
• C-Arm experience highly preferred.
• Current BLS and other required training.
• Knowledge of equipment, instrumentation and supplies.
• Working knowledge of eClinical.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transporting patients and ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to physician or nurse.
• Prepare patients with sterile technique for procedures.
• Maintain sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Assist in room turnover and cleaning between cases.
• Inspect equipment and initiate repairs when needed.
• Scrub/assist in surgery and anticipate team needs.
• Perform C-Arm fluoroscopy assisted exams.
• Train new personnel and support the team.
