Job summary

Baptist Health in Elizabethtown, KY seeks a Radiology Technician to provide diagnostic imaging services in an outpatient setting. You will operate radiographic equipment, position patients, and assist physicians with imaging findings to aid diagnoses.

The role requires an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, KY licensure, and ARRT certification eligibility with a plan to obtain certification within a year. BLS is preferred on hire and must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy is required.
• ARRT certification eligibility and attainment within 12 months of hire (or after licensure) is required.
• BLS preferred on hire and required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic imaging services in an outpatient clinic setting using radiographic techniques.
• Operate radiographic equipment and position patients to obtain quality images for physicians.
• Assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions through imaging findings.
