Job summary

Eastside Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic radiographs per standards. The role requires patient care across all ages and advanced imaging such as fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures.

Two years of experience and ARRT certification with BCLS are required at hire, with hospital-based training acceptable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required
• 2 years experience Required
• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) Upon Hire Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs following standards.
• Provide patient services using imaging modalities across all ages.
• Demonstrate ability to perform advanced imaging (fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures).

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
