Job summary

Mercy Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support the operating room with high-quality imaging. The role covers general diagnostic tests and portable radiography across pediatric to geriatric patients, in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Qualified candidates will have a Maryland license, ARRT certification, CPR, a Radiologic Technology degree, and at least 2 years of experience as a general diagnostic technologist.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum 2 years as a general diagnostic technologist.
• Must be licensed in the State of Maryland.
• ARRT Certification and CPR are required.
• General radiographic procedures knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and radiation safety awareness.
• Ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Radiologic Tech C provides quality technical imaging services in the operating room. This position is also responsible for the performance of all other general diagnostic tests/procedures to include portable radiography on pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must possess a degree in Radiologic Technology

Salary Information
