Job summary

Intel Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Developer Advocate for rack-scale AI platforms. You will own reference applications and Day0 enablement, building demos, blueprints, and workshops that developers and enterprise evaluators can fork and run at rack scale.

The role requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production, multinode inference (vLLM/SGLang/llmd), and strong communication to educate developers at events and in upstream communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production including accelerator scheduling, networking, and multinode deployment.
• Experience with multinode and distributed inference serving (vLLM, SGLang, llmd).
• Knowledge of AI-optimized fabric and rackscale topologies, including interconnect and collective communication.
• Track record publishing reference applications or samples with open source contributions preferred.
• Experience in Developer Relations/Advocacy, leading workshops or livecoding sessions.

Responsibilities

• Own the rackscale reference applications and Day0 enablement for the AI software stack on data center platforms, focusing on Crescent Island.
• Build demos, blueprints, and workshop repositories for forkable, reproducible rackscale artifacts.
• Develop on Kubernetes and multinode serving with vLLM, SGLang, and llmd, plus AI-optimized fabric.
• Translate designs into runnable artifacts so evaluators can reproduce results themselves.
• Deploy and test reference applications from a clean cluster in CI to ensure repeatability.
• Lead flagship workshops, hackathons, and livecoding sessions at events and customer sites.
• Engage upstream, contribute fixes, and enable Intel rackscale references.
• Convert developer feedback into fixes in reference apps, docs, and product.
