Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is hiring for a hands-on Racker in Tualatin, OR. This entry-level role supports rack/unrack and packaging of customer parts, inspects work, and records production data.

You will follow safety procedures and operate in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with opportunities for training and advancement. The position offers a 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday) with occasional Saturdays, wages starting at $18 per hour and performance/pay reviews after 90 days, plus

• Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders.
• Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage.
• Perform visual inspections of parts before processing.
• Record production information accurately.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals.
• This is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment.
