Job summary

New Weds Foods is seeking a Rack Unloader for the 11:00pm–7:00am shift. The role involves unloading bread from racks, moving full racks to correct order on the line, and ensuring labels and batch codes match while maintaining product integrity.

The position requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work in production areas with aromas and dust. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, math skills, and willingness to follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate well, both verbal and written, also with good mathematical skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. continuously.

Responsibilities

• Unload bread from rack and place it onto the conveyor belt.
• Push/pull full racks into their correct order.
• Maintain rack labels and ensure product stays in order.

Shift: 3rd (11:00pm - 7:00am)

Close Date: 10/06/26 @ 8am

Essential Functions:

• Unload bread from rack and place it onto the conveyor belt.
• Frequent pushing/pulling of full racks into their correct order.
• Keep up with rack labels and ensure product doesn't get out of order.
• Must maintain integrity of product.
• Ensure batch numbers and product code on the labels match.
• Return any unused label back to the supervisor so that it can be recorded.
• Detect any malfunction and report it to the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety requirements and company policies.
• Report all shortage to the lead operator.
• Clean work area as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge about manufacturing food preferred
• Able to communicate well, both verbal and written, also with good mathematical skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs. continuously

Work Environment: The job is performed in production areas where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used, and will be in the presence of or otherwise operating machinery.
