Job summary

Dell Inc. seeks a strategic Product Manager to shape the next-generation rack-scale infrastructure portfolio. You will partner with engineering, datacenter, supply chain, and finance teams to align investments with growth, AI workloads, and sustainable design across MDC, liquid cooling, and open-standards architectures.

You will lead cross-functional planning, define roadmaps, and build business cases to enable enterprise-scale deployment while minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, portfolio planning, infrastructure planning, hardware engineering, datacenter engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with server, storage, networking, rack, or datacenter infrastructure platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product and technology roadmaps spanning multiple years.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives across geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills, including business case development, prioritization frameworks, and financial modeling.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Proven success influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end infrastructure portfolio strategy across L11, L12 integrated systems and rack-level solutions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps that align infrastructure investments with datacenter growth, AI and cloud service requirements, and technology transitions.
• Define portfolio priorities and sequencing across compute, storage, networking, power, cooling, mechanical, and rack-scale integration domains.
• Establish business cases, investment frameworks, and decision criteria for future infrastructure platforms.
• Identify technology inflection points and drive introduction of next-generation rack and datacenter architectures.
