Job summary

Walmart in Lansing, MI is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and repair Walmart facilities' refrigeration and HVAC equipment. You will use hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to complete jobs, work with repair Work Orders, and respond to emergencies.

Qualified candidates have 2 years of commercial refrigeration HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for Refrigerant handling.
Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean MVR.
18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment.
Utilize work orders to document repair activities.
Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
Complete all required training to operate equipment safely.
Follow OSHA and EPA regulations per safety policy.
