Job summary
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain – Rack Planning in Austin, TX to own end-to-end rack NPI supply planning and CTB readiness.
You will collaborate with rack architects, procurement, and manufacturers to ensure capacity and on-time production ramps for next-gen AI infrastructure. We value analytical, action-oriented leaders who translate complex BOMs and constraints into executable options for senior leadership and build high-performing teams focused on revenue
Qualifications
- Experience in technical supply chain, NPI, engineering program management, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven team and cross-functional leadership in rack-scale systems, data center hardware, or AI infra.
- Familiarity with ODMs/EMS/system integrators and capacity planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI supply readiness for rack-scale platforms across engineering, production ramp, and vendors.
- Translate demand signals into executable rack-level supply plans and CTB analyses.
- Direct planning governance, KPIs, and stakeholder reviews for on-time delivery and revenue.
- Coordinate with ODMs and system integrators on capacity, throughput, and delivery commitments.
- Build and lead a high-performing rack planning team and develop talent pipeline.
