Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking multiple Installers to install pallet racks, conveyors, shelving units, platforms and mezzanines at client sites across California. You will work with hand tools, power tools and lift equipment, collaborate with a foreman, and be prepared for heights.

Flexible hours include ambient, cooler and freezer environments (freezer gear provided). Must have reliable transportation to job sites and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with power lift equipment is preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Able to work at heights (e.g., scissor lifts) and handle lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install pallets racks, conveyors, shelving units, platforms and mezzanines as directed by Foreman
• Assist with specific tasks delegated by Foreman
• Communicate effectively with team and follow site safety rules
• Operate hand tools, power tools and lift equipment as required
• Work at heights and in ambient, cooler and freezer environments (freezer gear provided)

• Assist with specific individual tasks delegated by Foreman
• Excellent communicator with a team player attitude
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and power lift equipment
• Must be capable of working at heights (ex: scissor lifts)
• Able to work flexible hours including in ambient, cooler & freezer conditions (freezer gear provided)
