ProLogistix in North Las Vegas, NV is hiring Cable Operator I, II, & III to support the assembly and integration of server racks in a fast-paced production setting.

The role emphasizes detail, hands-on work, and quality, with morning and swing shifts. This temp-to-hire position offers a pathway to permanency and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and unpack chassis and components used for server assembly.
• Integrate computer parts into chassis on a progressive assembly line.
• Use small hand tools to install screws, brackets, labels, and components.
• Assemble handles, affix switches, and apply labels as required.
• Identify and label cables to meet rack specifications using labeling equipment.
• Package finished racks for shipment.
• Assist with recycling materials as needed.
• Follow all production, quality, and safety standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
