Qualifications

• 7+ years plant-floor manufacturing experience in quality/manufacturing engineering.
• 7+ years STA experience in Program / Launch or Site.
• Extensive knowledge of APQP / PPAP deliverables and understanding of failure mode avoidance.

Responsibilities

• Be the STA Program and Launch Leader for the Raptor Programs.
• Assist the Ford Racing program management team with APQP / PPAP status on Raptor programs.
• Use standard Ford STA tools to vet and develop suppliers and technologies for SVTNA.
• Collaborate with suppliers and Ford Racing Engineering during development and validation to ensure DFMEA execution.
