Job summary

Dollywood seeks a Race Manager to lead planning, execution, and growth of Run Dollywood race weekends and related events. This role serves as a central project manager across race operations, participant experience, vendor coordination, and on‑site execution, including early mornings and race days.

The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of event management experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and comfort working with cross‑functional teams, city partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of event or race management experience preferred.
• Experience with RunSignup for race registrations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of race weekends and related events.
• Manage registrations, pricing, waivers, and participant communications.
• Coordinate with vendors, timing companies, and third‑party teams.
• Develop SOPs and onboarding guides for future leaders.
• Oversee safety, permits, and public safety coordination.
