Snow Summit LLC is seeking a youth coaching professional at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake. The role focuses on analyzing performance and teaching techniques to prepare athletes for competitive skiing.

The position is seasonal and located at Snow Summit, with base wage positioned to reflect experience. Starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $34.95 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits typical for seasonal roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• USSA member with verifiable coaching experience.
• USSA Certification-Level 100/200/300 or PSIA Certification-Level 1/2/3 or international equivalent.
• California driver's license with valid driving record.
• Strong communication and calm demeanor under pressure.
• Able to operate equipment as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Position Summary

This position is located at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake.

Starting wage between $22.75hr - $34.95/hr. depending on experience.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• A current USSA member, with verifiable coaching experience
• Must have a USSA Coaches Certification-Level 100, 200, or 300, a PSIA Certification-Level 1, 2, or 3, or equivalent International Certification
• Have a valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• A talented communicator having a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations
• Ability to operate equipment as needed
• Capacity to read, write, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
