Keys to the Position:

1. Experience supporting the front office (equities, derivatives, Fixed Income, etc.)
2. Experience working as a Product Owner, demonstrating the ability to drive the roadmap, product strategy, market research, and prioritize product features.
3. Experience managing 5-7 people.
4. Experience working with SQL; Python skills are a plus.
5. Must be onsite in Boston 4 days a week. (Needham is not an option—must be in Boston.)

Estimated Rate: $119,000 - $170,000 annually
