Job summary

You will prepare and maintain co-evaporation and sputter equipment while ensuring high-quality production. The ideal candidate should have an MS or BS with significant experience, and at least 5 years in thin-film vacuum deposition. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in thin-film vacuum deposition.
• Experience working with vacuum gauges, valves, and control methods.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary manufacturing and R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and maintain co-evaporation or sputter equipment.
• Support modification and repair of large-area R2R vacuum deposition equipment.
• Diagnose problems based on mechanical assemblies and software diagnostics.
• Support scale-up from lab to high-volume production.
• Develop and document process recipes and operating procedures.
