Atrium Health Floyd Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for full-time care coordination in a 53-bed inpatient psych unit serving adults. Schedule details include 3 shifts per week with alternating weekends; total 36 hours per week.

Compensation ranges from $38.20 to $57.30 per hour, with benefits eligible. Qualified candidates will have RN licensure in the state, completion of an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification.

Where You Will Work: Atrium Health Floyd Behavioral Health is a 53-bed inpatient psych hospital. We have offer inpatient and outpatient services for the 18 and older population. We have a specialized unit for the 60 and above population.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
