Job summary

Andromeda Systems Incorporated in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Data Analyst to support the RME Division. The role focuses on streamlining tasks, analyzing OEM repair data, and developing digital coaching materials to improve asset performance.

You will work with DoD programs, NAVSUP interfaces, and cross-functional teams, applying AI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power Apps to turn data into actionable insights while communicating findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in acquisition related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems and experience in aviation depot, MRO, or manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Additional 4 years of experience of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for degree
• Strong RME and data analytical skill sets with the ability to interpret and present complex data sets
• Experience in AI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power Apps
• Experienced with NAVAIR/NAWCAD and DoW acquisition
• Strong background in IT and SW applications/technology
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Streamline, expedite, and automate RME tasking
• Assist with initiatives such as the refinement and execution of the RME Score Card process
• Perform Analysis of OEM repair data (an NSG priority initiative)
• Provide assistance with NAVSUP RME support
• Develop new and maintenance of existing Digital Coaches
• Update existing/creation of new RME documentation
• Assist Branch Heads and teams on ad hocs
