A respected leader in the auto glass industry in Johnson City is seeking an experienced R&I Technician. The role includes installing auto glass and maintaining quality service standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and a strong work ethic. This position offers a full-time schedule with benefits starting on the first day, including medical insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience replacing automotive glass.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background/mvr check.
• Body shop (R&I/R&R) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and related products on a mobile basis.
• Utilize proper tools for quality installation service.
• Maintain communication with management on job changes.
• Complete necessary paperwork and make bank deposits in a timely fashion.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company mission toBe the Best.
