Job summary

Stark Pharma Solutions Inc. is seeking a hands-on R&D Test Engineer to perform bench, laboratory, assay, and product testing activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will execute established test methods, collect and analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate testing documentation while collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 2–5 years of hands-on lab/R&D experience preferred.
• Experience with bench testing, established test protocols, and data documentation.
• Exposure to assays, wet chemistry, or chemistry-based testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench and laboratory testing for R&D/product development.

• Exposure to assays, wet chemistry, or chemistry-based testing.
• Experience with pipetting, weighing, sample preparation, solution preparation, and dilution.
• Comfortable using general laboratory instrumentation and test equipment.
• Strong data collection, documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a laboratory environment.
• Experience in medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries preferred.
