Job summary

Stark Pharma Solutions Inc. in Ohio seeks an hands-on R&D Test Engineer to support laboratory, bench, and product testing activities. You will perform established test methods, prepare samples, collect data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed testing records.

The candidate will conduct bench testing, follow protocols, and document results. Experience with assays and wet chemistry is preferred, with independence and strong problem-solving skills valued highly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of laboratory, R&D, or product testing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with bench testing and test protocols.
• Experience with assays, wet chemistry, or chemistry-based testing.
• Knowledge of pipetting, weighing, sample preparation, and dilution techniques.
• Experience using general laboratory instruments and test equipment.
• Strong documentation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a laboratory setting.
• Experience in medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, or another regulated industry is a plus.
