Job summary

Integer seeks a technically skilled individual to join our production team in Minnesota. You will read drawings, operate equipment, and assist in setting up processes for fabrication, development, and testing. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

The role requires an associate degree in a technical field with 3–5 years of related experience (or 7–10 years with high school). Competitive benefits and a focus on safety and quality are highlighted in our program.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in technical field with 3-5 years relevant experience OR a high school graduate with 7-10 years relevant experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings/prints.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to core beliefs and safety/quality requirements.
• Completes early project builds lacking defined processes/settings/instructions.
• Collaborates with engineers to develop production processes and settings.
• Writes instructions and trains personnel on systems, equipment, and processes.
• Sets up and runs experiments/tests with direction.
• Designs and installs equipment/processes for fabrication, R&D, or testing.
• Troubleshoots and maintains systems/equipment as needed.
• Gives input on equipment/process evaluation.
• Writes technical reports and documentation.
• Interacts with and advises other departments.
