Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field with at least 3 years of pharma experience.
• Experience in Technical Services, Process Engineering, Process Validation, Formulation R&D, Analytical R&D, Quality Control, Manufacturing or related operations.
• Experience supporting laboratory-scale and/or production-scale manufacture of solid, liquid, or semi-solid dosage forms.
• Strong technical writing and data review skills; proficiency with MS Office and statistical tools.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support R&D and Technical Services projects including registration batches, engineering/technical batches, process validation, packaging validation, technology transfer, and development support.
• Prepare and revise technical documents: protocols, reports, assessments, batch summaries, and project correspondence.
• Compile, organize, trend, and verify data from manufacturing records, lab results, and source documents for reports and protocols.
• Perform data entry, checks, proofreading, and document review to ensure right‑first‑time deliverables.
• Assist with protocol‑driven activities: batch sampling, in‑process monitoring, physical testing, and study coordination.
• Complete and document physical testing (particle size, density, pH, viscosity, weight, hardness, friability, etc.).
• Support master batch records, packaging records, change controls, SOPs and related documents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups to support project execution and documentation.
• Maintain cGMP practices, data integrity, and compliance with site policies; may extend work hours as needed.
