Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a quality-focused lab technician to execute standardized golf ball testing procedures and assist product development. You will maintain data integrity and collaborate with engineers to validate performance using Excel, Minitab, and testing systems.

The role requires 2+ years of related laboratory experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple test activities under supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related technical or laboratory experience.
• Ability to operate with general supervision on routine assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform established golf ball test methods independently and accurately.
• Maintain working knowledge of all standard test procedures.
• Utilize required software tools for data entry and basic analysis (Excel, Minitab, testing systems).
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment.
• Identify equipment or test abnormalities and elevate when necessary.
• Produce accurate, well-documented test data in accordance with project timelines.
• Maintain lab and testing environments to be clean, organized and audit ready.
• Manage daily workload and balance multiple test activities.
• Follow established safety standards consistently.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new tests and equipment.
• Proactively request additional work when daily assignments are complete.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure test schedules are met.

Executes standardized golf ball testing procedures with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring reliable and consistent data collection. Maintains testing equipment, documents results, and partners with engineers and senior technicians to support product development and performance validation.

Technical Execution
