Job summary

ACM Global Laboratories is seeking a Research & Development Specialist to lead analytical activities and ensure quality for test development, method validation and implementation. The role also supports other departments and ensures policies and procedures meet regulatory guidelines.

You will facilitate assay development, perform instrument validations, prepare SOPs, and coordinate with suppliers and trial teams. Strong documentation, QA mindset and CAPA processes are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Life Sciences is required.
• 3+ years of laboratory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate assay development and instrument validations.
• Implement new testing to meet clinical trials protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare SOPs and validation documentation for new tests.
• Research suppliers for laboratory consumables and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/GLP/GCLP/CAP and related guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on testing feasibility and pricing.
