Job summary

Formlabs in Boston, MA is seeking an R&D Reliability/Test Engineer to join the Hardware Engineering team. You will design and execute validation tests across system, subsystem and components, perform RCA on failures, and build automated test rigs to push reliability.

You’ll analyze field data, collaborate with design teams, and drive CAPAs to improve product robustness. Prototyping tests in Python and data-driven storytelling are key parts of the role, with strong emphasis on reliability from

We architect effective testing strategies, engineer advanced electro-mechanical test rigs, and extract valuable, actionable insights from the data.Are you a versatile and curious engineer who can see the whole system—from the smallest part to the user's workflow?
