Medical Murray, a private medical device company in Lake Zurich, Illinois, is seeking an R&D Quality Technician II to support development projects with hands-on inspection, testing, and documentation. You will work with Engineering and Quality teams to verify materials and finished devices meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, microscope-based inspection, and adherence to quality systems while contributing to product quality and project success.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years of quality inspection experience, medical device preferred.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Experience with documentation, testing, and quality records in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections for development projects.
• Verify materials meet PO and engineering specifications; produce inspection reports.
• Support testing, calibration, and quality system activities to ensure compliance.
