Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and fixtures as needed to execute an experimental plan defined by engineering.
• Design fixtures as needed for experiment setups.
• Ensure that everything is set up safely, with protections in place for equipment and people; escalate concerns.
• Conduct experiments according to plans provided by engineering, summarize data and report.
• Assemble, test and document prototypes of new technology.
• Train assembly and test technicians to build and test new products (first-of-kind).
• Assist engineering in writing assembly instructions and initial work instructions for new products.
