Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, SCM, Business, PM, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting NPI, milestone tracking, and project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• 1–2 years of experience managing BOMs, part numbers, revisions, and ECOs, with attention to detail.
• 1–2 years of experience tracking components and material availability for prototype builds.
• Strong Excel and data management skills for organizing and analyzing complex project data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items across R&D, Supply Chain, Lab Operations, and cross-functional teams; track progress and address delays.
• Maintain BOM accuracy, revisions, part numbers, quantities, and configurations; resolve discrepancies with Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate ECO processing, approvals, implementation, and impact on materials and schedules.
• Plan and coordinate prototype builds by tracking component availability and material readiness; resolve shortages and delays.
• Identify risks, schedule slippages, and dependencies; prepare concise status reports and dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with lab technicians to support prototype builds, testing, hardware allocation, and resource utilization.
