Job summary

Kls-Martin-Grou is seeking a Project Manager to drive intensive R&D product development projects from concept through release. You will lead a cross-functional team and coordinate all activities, ensuring schedules, documentation, and design control meet regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in PM, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project or Wrike; Windchill experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or highly related field.
  • Minimum 4 years professional work experience in a project management role.
  • Excellent communication skills for meetings, updates, presentations, and documentation.
  • Experience estimating engineering personnel needs and scheduling to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or Wrike; Windchill is a plus.

Job SummaryThe Project Manager will take-on intensive, mission critical project management for the R&D Department team. These efforts will directly contribute to delivering innovative medical devices to surgeons, hospitals, and their patients. This includes leading and directing a cross-functional new product development team, coordination of all project related activities from concept to sales-release and resolving any project road blocks or obstacles to the successful release of the new product.
