Job summary

O Positiv Health, a Los Angeles-based women’s health company, seeks a Program Manager, R&D to drive the execution and coordination of physical product development from concept to launch. You’ll work across new product initiatives and portfolio maintenance, ensuring products advance on schedule while expanding the women’s health product line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8+ years of project management experience, ideally within supplements, functional foods, beauty/skincare, or consumer health.
• Demonstrated experience managing external vendors or contract manufacturers and juggling multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope across full development pipeline from concept to launch.
• Build and maintain development timelines with milestones, owners, dependencies, and critical-path items.
• Maintain a clear view of the pipeline and risks, updating stakeholders as needed.
• Lead project check-ins with R&D stakeholders to drive progress and accountability.
• Coordinate sample logistics, trial batches, stability data, COAs, and specifications between R&D, Quality, and vendors.
• Track vendor lead times and lead external supplier meetings with R&D to keep materials moving.
• Partner with the R&D Manager to ensure plans drive technical decisions and execution aligns with timelines.
• Coordinate launch readiness across departments, including artwork proofing and documentation routing.
• Keep project trackers and development records organized in PM tools with clear status reporting.
