Fareva in Morton Grove, IL is seeking an experienced R&D Packaging Engineer to lead technical packaging initiatives for internal and external client developments. You will bridge marketing concepts with industrial execution, managing compatibility studies, packaging specs, line trials and supplier collaborations to establish standard offerings.

The role requires a BS or MS in packaging/engineering and 3+ years (or 5+ in cosmetics) experience, with strong material science knowledge and regulatory

Qualificações

• 3+ years of packaging engineering experience with a technical degree.
• 5+ years in cosmetics/personal care packaging preferred.
• Strong knowledge of material science and global packaging regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Translate marketing packaging concepts into technically industrialized products.
• Lead compatibility studies and prepare reports of conformity for approvals.
• Create palletizing plans and establish source documentation for packaging.
• Input and maintain packaging specs and supplier data into systems.
• Oversee line trials and first production runs to evaluate component impact.
