Job summary

Stryker is offering an Electrical Engineering internship in Utah, with placement across AQE, PQE, SQE, Quality, and R&D teams. Interns apply classroom knowledge to real projects, gain mentorship from leaders, and contribute to meaningful product development and verification activities.

Eligible students will work on cross‑functional tasks, resolve design and process challenges, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of medical technology development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree‑seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AQE projects to develop new products and validate design requirements.
• Assist PQE with root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvements.
• Support SQE activities, supplier interactions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage in R&D and Product Engineering teams to study needs and improve current offerings.
• Assist Test Lab activities to verify design performance and reliability.
