Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology) preferred.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, food, chemical, or research laboratory environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and laboratory demands.
• Ability to work independently following appropriate training.

Responsibilities

• Support development product lots and pilot-scale manufacturing activities.
• Execute laboratory and unit operations per established procedures and protocols.
• Prepare materials, equipment, and supplies for development work.
• Conduct experiments and developmental studies as directed by project scientists and engineers.
• Prepare, package, and ship samples for internal and external testing.
• Operate laboratory and pilot-scale equipment after training.
• Assist with troubleshooting process issues and communicate findings to management.
