Job summary

Linde plc is seeking an R&D Intern in the Burr Ridge, IL area. You will join a team conducting research, planning, designing and executing experiments, and you will evaluate results to advise management.

Your rotation may cover exploratory, proof-of-concept, pilot and early commercialization activities across diverse areas such as Advanced Process Control, Healthcare, Electronics, Machinery, and more. The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in one of the listed engineering majors (minimum GPA 3.5).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are expected.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in academic or work settings.
