Responsibilities

• Identify, scout, shape and mature external innovation opportunities.
• Drive opportunities from ecosystem stimulation to decision milestones.
• Collaborate with EI, NPI teams and partners to mature opportunities.
• Prepare governance-ready recommendations and project proposals.
• Ensure successful handover to SP&I or LoB teams.
• Advance portfolio targets 3-5 projects over 2-3 years.
