MPI is seeking an R&D Engineering Manager to lead the development of new products and technologies from concept to launch. Translate customer needs and market trends into innovative solutions and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, bring 5+ years in R&D or product design leadership, and have hands-on experience with 3D CAD, product validation, and scalable production processes.

Job Description

Lead the development of new products and technologies from concept through launch. Translate customer needs and market trends into innovative product solutions. Manage product design, prototyping, testing, validation, and commercialization efforts. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Drive engineering best practices, product performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support design for manufacturability, scalability, and cost-effective production.
