You’ll create and test coating formulations, conduct experiments, plan tests to meet CTQ standards, gather insights from the R&D team, evaluate results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Creating and testing product coating formulations to meet customer and performance requirements
• Conducting experiments and performing technical procedures to support new and existing product development
• Planning and executing tests to ensure formulations meet critical-to-quality (CTQ) standards
• Gathering and analyzing ideas from the internal R&D team to enhance product functionality
• Evaluating test results and translating findings into actionable insights
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with customer needs
