You will gain hands-on experience across development and commercialization, collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing to scale processes and products.
You should be pursuing a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, or related field and plan to graduate Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, or related field.
- Graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Interest or experience in programming, data analysis, and modeling.
Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to design and test new or improved processes for development and commercialization.
- Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to scale process solutions.
- Scale-up products from benchtop and pilot plant to full production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and grow businesses.
- Engage external partners to increase efficiency and identify new capabilities.
- Interact with consumers and translate insights into concepts and offerings.
- Develop technical depth and business acumen.
- Apply digital tools to accelerate learning and solve problems.
