Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking an engineer to support transcatheter aortic valve therapy products by leading and contributing to projects involving product changes, manufacturing improvements, field performance investigations, and global product expansion initiatives.

You will provide engineering expertise for commercialized products while applying design controls, risk management, and verification/validation principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in life sciences.
• Experience with design controls, V&V, risk management, and statistical analysis.
• Medical device and catheter-based therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to projects involving product changes, manufacturing improvements, field performance investigations, and global product expansion initiatives.
• Provide engineering expertise for device performance and design; develop and execute test methods, evaluate prototypes, and coordinate technician activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, protocols, reports, and design records to support product development and regulatory compliance.
